Ray's Restaurants are a regional chain of fine dining restaurants in the greater Atlanta area with three prime locations; Ray's on the River, Ray's at Killer Creek, and Ray's in the City. With large restaurant volumes and high ticket values, Ray's was in need of reducing chargebacks which were increasing amounts affecting their bottom line.
